Who dost thou share thy tower with?
Thou dost live alone
Thy tower is a narrow and quiet one, built for the accommodation solely of the Mage-Protector. It has four levels: on the first, a living and drawing room; on the second, a kitchen and a dining room; on the third, a bedroom; and on the fourth is thy mage's room.
We begin thy story within the mage's room. It is more an attic than a true room, and it is a cramped space, but well-lit through long, thin windows set into the roof. The light shines down upon half-empty bookshelves and tables carefully set up for alchemy but lacking all ingredients, for thy have but newly moved to the village and have yet to properly establish thy tower.
At the centre of the room is a crystal ball, set upon a curving silver stand which in turn sits upon a small stone pillar. It is this pillar that thy art hunched around, staring deeply into the ball via magnifying lenses, watching the lights within it spark and brighten.
A vision is coming...
...But a vision of what, exactly?
