This is the Work of an enemy Semblance

Winter accepted a top-secret mission to capture a wanted fugitive possessing vital information that could jeopardize the security and safety of all Atlas personnel. The only piece of info on her target was his code name TRUTH and that he wore a white trench coat with a golden scale on the back of it. Ironwood warned Winter that those who pursued him in the past never came back and that for her own sake that she should be cautious not to take him lightly. With the fate of her colleagues resting on her shoulders, she departs to TRUTH's last known location.

Several hours pass before Winter finally reaches her destination. Before she was the ruins of what looked to have been a prosperous town back in its heyday though if the destruction was any indication, it was no doubt destroyed by the Grimm with the only building still somewhat intact being what looked to have been the town's courthouse. Perhaps that if she takes a look inside then perhaps, she could find some sort of clue.

Once entering the courthouse her eyes gravitated towards what looked to be a campfire and judging by the faint glimmer of embers it was put out just recently. Winter soon realized he must be here and that he says her ship landed in the distance unfortunately no sooner did she conclude that she was not alone was when she felt a hand on her shoulder and a calm voice spoke into her ear.

TRUTH: So they sent another and the eldest daughter of the Schnee's no less.

In a panic Winter reaches to pull out her sword to engage her target but soon felt it was missing? As a matter of fact, for some reason, her body felt lighter? To her horror when she looked down at her self she say not only her weapon was missing aside from her boots and gloves all her clothes were missing meaning she was now standing in front of a dangerous criminal completely naked.

Trying to hold on to what little modesty she had left she covered her breasts with one hand while covering her privates with the other.

Winter: YOU BASTARD WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO MY CLOTHES!!!?

TRUTH: It's simple my dear you see my semblance 'DOGMA' is the ability to which if I make physical contact on a person I can instill on to them a rule or truth as I should say that when activates becomes canonized.

TRUTH: Meaning that Winter Schnee never wore clothes, to begin with, or at all.

Winter: RIDICULOUS YOU EXPECT ME TO BELIEVE THAT I'VE ALWAYS BEEN SO SORT OF NUDIST!!?

TRUTH: Whether you believe or not means nothing when it is already true.

He then walks toward Winter who is still too petrified from her embracement to even move and holds out his scroll in one hand and a flash drive in the other.

Winter: What is that?

TRUTH: What you came to retrieve the information on all your fellow countrymen.

Winter: If that's the case why show me?

TRUTH: Because I wish to test your resolve and dedication, Ms. Schnee.

TRUTH: See once my semblance takes effect it is permanent even if you were to kill me once something has been made truth it can never be undone. That being said your truth is different for the simple fact that I also made it so you can break free from my semblance's ability.

Nervous Winter gained the nerve to ask about the condition.

Winter: So...what exactly is this condition you put on me?

TRUTH: The truth I placed on you was that 'Winter Schnee only wears gloves and boots and nothing else but will gain the right to wear clothes if she uploads the contents of this flash drive to the internet'.

TRUTH: You know that old saying "The truth will set you free" well in exchange for freeing you of the truth that you don't wear clothes you'd have to expose the truth of those you work with.

TRUTH: Let me be clear that this flash drive contains sensitive information that if it goes public could forever damage the reputation of the kingdom and those who defend it.

Upon hearing this Winter dropped her arms and fell to the floor she could feel her heart sink in realizing that if what he's saying is true then to be allowed to wear clothes again she'd have to sell out every dark secret of every person she has ever worked with or will work with. If she goes through with this she'll have not only betrayed the general but all of Atlas. Winter couldn't help but start crying when the man responsible for her grief kneeled next to her reaches out his hand to wipe away her tears. What he says next catches Winter by surprise.

TRUTH: Of course you could also choose to not upload the data remain a nudist for the rest of your life and in exchange you can bring me in.

Winter: Why allow yourself to be captured when you know what the consequences will be for what you've done?

He did not answer instead he looked at his surroundings.

TRUTH: When I was young an Atlesian detective came to our town to expose the dark secrets buried underneath. I'm certain he did it out of good intentions but sometimes the truth should remain hidden. For not long after that the town's people were outraged resulting in a riot break out.

TRUTH: So much anger, so much hate you can guess what came next?

Winter: Grimm?

He answers with a nod.

Winter: This place this was your town, your home?

He nods again with a defeated expression before taking a deep breath.

TRUTH: So the special operative Winter Schnee what is your decision?

Winter closes her eyes and ponders before concluding.
