Perk Requirements: Rank: 1 Level: 2, P: 4 A: 4

Description: A bit of a thief, aren’t you? Well might as well make it official with the perk known as “Thief”, which will grant you the ability to pick simple locks (padlocks, Bike locks, tumbler locks, etc.) And pickpocket unsuspecting and distracted individuals. However, be warned you are far from a master and if caught knows that theft will not be tolerated in cartoon city and if you’re caught expect to pay either a fine or spend a night in a jail cell. Also, the more lawful members of cartoon city may not exactly like the fact that you are a thief.

Positive Gains: Gain the ability to pickpocket unsuspecting and distracted individuals, you also gain the ability to pick and open simple locks.

Negative Gains: If you’re caught stealing from another person in cartoon city you will be punished. Also others will take note of the fact that you are a shady individual not to be trusted and members of law enforcement will actively try to find ways to arrest you. (Members of the police and the more law-abiding members of cartoon city will immediately dislike you if they discover you’re a thief.)
