How does the story start?

They prepare the invasion

The aliens from Signs had become the laughing stock of the whole galaxy after trying to invade earth despite being allergic to water, without any guns, and being stopped by a wooden door. The next invaders didn't want to suffer the same fate, so they were planning their invasion more carefully.

Before arriving with their ships and their army, they would first have to weaken the earth's defense by any means possible. The question was : how ?
