The rest of the day blurs by.

The next few hours go by in a blur as you unpack your meager belongings and familiarize yourself with the property.

This is so surreal. My very own mansion with a pool, its own sauna, library! You shake your head with a little grin. And no one ever thought I'd amount to anything.

You're sitting on the end of the bed, your bed in the master bedroom when there's a soft knock on the door.

"Come in," You reply out of habit.

The door opens silently, revealing Anna standing on the other side. She hesitates, then closing her eyes for a second, steps inside as if it was a difficult thing to do, "Supper will be ready shortly, sir."

She gives a curt bow, then quickly closes the door again before you hear her footsteps retreating down the hallway.
