What happens next?
The next morning
Cynder was already up by the time Ember awoke. Not surprising given the fighter she was. The black dragoness had once more returned to the gym to pummel the practice dummies. And though she was still bitter and hurting, the same intense ferocity was lacking by the time Ember found her.
She also looked different, not quite as 'hard' or as 'sharp' around her edges. Though she was hardly round either. There was just a more general soft curving shape about her figure.
"Good morning, Cynder," Ember greeted cheerfully.
"Oh, morning," said Cynder, her tone much more softer this time, almost casual.
"Sleep well last night?" Ember asked.
"Yes, yes I did," Cynder half lied.
She did catch a good amount of sleep last night, but she, at some point in the night, woke up from a dream that she remember had Ember in it, plus a lot of food. Whatever happened in the dream, it was pretty arousing, her lions burning. She had to satisfy them before she could go back to sleep.
"Have you eaten breakfast yet?" Ember asked, "it's the most important meal of the day."
"Welllll...." Cynder began, but then her belly rumbled.
Ember chided Cynder with a glance, to which the black dragoness rolled her eyes and sighed.
"Fine, I'll have something to eat," she said in frustration, "but nothing too big, alright? I still can't believe I ate a whole ham yesterday..."
The pair walked to the kitchens and while Cynder drank some juice at the dining table, Ember set to work making a nice, big extra cheesy omelet. Once again made with the special magic she'd used the previous day.
