The next day at the gym

Lauren stood in front of the gym doors ready for another day of workouts. She kept her outfit simple knowing she would have to take it off. She wore a camisole, cotton panties, a tank top, and shorts. It was 12:50 when she entered the locker room and pulled off her clothes. She headed for the main area and look for Janice.

She spotted the Amazon waiting at the treadmills and headed for her. “Lauren, good to see you again,” Janice said, looking Lauren up and down. “I figured we would start with the treadmills and work our way up. Today is all about cardio. Cardio is the fastest way to burn calories and it’s good to focus on one area each day than to mix and match.”

Lauren nodded. “Okay. Let’s do this.”

Lauren stepped onto the treadmill. The only thing she was wearing were her shoes and her hair was tied back in a ponytail. It felt weird being otherwise naked, but she didn’t exactly dislike it.

Janice started the treadmill and Lauren began to walk. Gradually Janice increased the speed until Lauren was **** to jog. Soon Lauren was at a full run and breathing heavily.

“Come on, Lauren. Keep running,” Janice yelled, spanking Lauren’s butt. “If you slow down you’re going to get spanked so push! Push! 10 more minutes.”

Lauren ran as fast as she could, occasionally getting spanked by Janice. Lauren began to notice the treadmill slowing down and she slowed her pace until she was walking. Her heart rate slowed and her breathing was heavy. But she did it. She completed one exercise and it made her feel a lot better. “Good job, Lauren. There’s still hope for you yet.”
