The new manager arrives

When Erik walked in everyone fell silent and stared in an open jawed fashion. Erik walked with a very confident and oh so sexy air about himself. He was over 188 cm with a broad muscular frame, a strong square jaw, and sandy blonde hair. As soon as he got to the front of the group and started speaking, you could tell he was not a local. He told us about his history with the company and that he had spent the last ten years at the Stockholm office.

Over the next several weeks, we continued working as normal and on occasion Erik would call employees into his office for a one on one get to know you meeting. His administrative assistant put together a calendar so we knew when our day was scheduled. On most days Erik would meet with an employee first thing in the morning, take a conference call or attend some other company meeting, have lunch with his stunning wife, before meeting with another employee.
