There's a strap housed to the upper right of where someone would presumably sit, most likely for restraining purposes.

Thinking it could be good for a short rest, you can't help but slowly sit in the chair, moving the needles out of the way to do so, glancing at the strap and imagining what each arm could do. The instant you feel the pressure of the seat against your rear, you start to hear strange creaking noises, and before you can react, the leather straps magically fly into place, restraining your arms and legs against the machine. Tightening until movement is completely impossible, you realize that these straps must be magic, and by extension the machine, meaning you potentially made a large mistake by sitting down in the chair.

The whirring and creaking noises begin again, and two of the machine's arms move to the front of your body. They're both long and circular, ending in what appear to be open glass jars, moving to top the ends of your breasts.
