The keyhole appears...or at least it should.

There was a lot of junk in front of the entrance to the tower, making you understand why Leon thought it odd that the bell rung now, as it looked like this tower wasn’t used in a long time. After you cleared out the rubble, you saw the rope leading up to the bell in the top of the tower and pulled on it, making the bell ring. Then you pulled on it twice more and waited for something to happen. Donald then noticed a light at the far end of the plaza from the toy factory and you saw it had the form of a keyhole. The battle was fierce, but after some tactical combat, the balance tilted to your side and you three finished the battle without too much trouble. But when you turned towards the keyhole after a tiny winner’s celebration, the light of the keyhole was almost gone. When the last glimmer disappeared, you suddenly heard a voice behind you, saying “Don’t worry. That was not the real keyhole.” As you all turned around, you saw Yuffie standing there, her skin all flush, her legs closed and knees crossed, her arms wrapped around her body under her breasts and she looked away. “Uhm, D-Donald, Leon was looking for you and Goofy. It was a mark to lure the real keyhole bearer to this spot as only the keybearer can ring that bell.”
