Isabel's frantic motion caught the attention of the instructor. "Settle down now," she chastised. "This is yoga. A physical, mental, and spiritual discipline. You need to remain focused on what you are doing."
Quickly, Isabel, face red with embarrassment, fought down the urge to determine what was happening to her and why her shorts and panties were down around her bare ankles and turned to face forward again. She'd have to wait until the end of class and hope that nothing else happened.
Mindy was ecstatic. Not only had Isabel still not discovered the culprit, but when their instructor had chastised Isabel, Mindy was certain that the instructor had noticed Isabel's condition. "You need to remain focused on what you are doing", so innocent when directed at Isabel, became a secret instruction when coupled with the wink that was sent Mindy's way. Clearly, the instructor also wanted this to happen to Isabel and wanted Mindy to continue!
