Where not to start your rule but in the capital of this mighty empire. They say Rome was founded by two brothers Romulus and Remus who were raised by wolves. This mighty city rests on seven hills and in its golden years was a beautiful sight to behold as marble structures stretched over it. But you did not plan on staying for long. This is the first of many homes you will have throughout the empire but it will be the centerpiece of your rule. Looking out the balcony, you lay your eyes amping the busy streets and tall marble and brick structures stretching through the city.
