The garden

Mackenzie crossed the foyer to the double-doors leading into the backyard of the house. Fog seeped into the building as Mackenzie cracked the door open and stepped out, a chill settling in over her lightly clothed body. A light blush dusted her features when she noticed two telltale bumps under her dress, and she was silently thankful that she couldn't see anybody else around to see her embarrassing predicament. Putting the situation out of her mind, Mackenzie carried on.

A large fountain dominated the immediate area, and Mackenzie suspected that there were fog machines hidden in its base to add to the ambiance of the area. Oversize versions of numerous plants were all over, many of them twisted and ominous in appearance. Creeping vines, Venus Flytraps, and even an occasional cactus and nettle bush could be seen. Mackenzie also spotted the entrance to what had to be a hedge maze of some kind.
