Before Terri could even get back into the flow of things, a sound filled the air. She jolted upright, terrified that there was some kind of 'pervert alarm' that had found her out and was now broadcasting that information to everyone who would care to listen.
She soon realized that the sound was really just the fire alarm. This sort of thing happened all the time at conventions, where mischevious little kids and preteens would pull fire alarms and force everyone out of the hotel for at least a half hour, much more likely even more. Terri's heart sank. Apparently this would be the end of her little adventure. But maybe she could get one last peek...
When she pressed her face against the gap one last time, Terri realized what a mistake she had made. Lynn had already left the shower and wrapped herself up in a towel. Even worse, she was almost to the bathroom door! Terri's mind started racing at a mile a minute. What exactly could she do?
