The end of humanity and the beginning of something else

John and his bunny bride were not the only people that changed that day. While initially it was just the conquests of Juliet's rather promiscuous family that were converted into various strains of animalistic Adonis or voluptuous Venus but they definitely didn't take long to spread further afield. John continued to use his snapping power but as time went on became less needed. Resistance crumbled under the power of his double knots and before long the entire tri-state area pretty much completely abandoned any attempt to stop the flowing furry plague.

Society did continue to function, John inadvertently setting of the population bomb as the insatiable need to breed consumed people. Clothing became a lot looser and in many cases was completely optional although pockets of resistance still occasionally crossed paths they were rare. Within a generation the human race will be extinct, it remains to be seen what the long-term legacy of this new furry world will be
