The dress began to fall apart mid trip.

A couple minutes later, at the hallway...

After recieving that strange early birthday gift from Hilda, the tired Marianne decided to return to her dormroom to change into her regular clothes, and relax after that exhausting tea party with Byleth, "I guess this dress is fine...", she said to herself, thinking about whether to keep the dress or not.

However, after a few minutes walking, she began to notice that something strange was happening around her, with people looking at her worried, the floor getting covered in bits and strings of cloth, as she suddenly feeling a lot lighter than earlier.

Not wanting to make a fool of herself again, Marianne approached someone, and asked her about her worried look, with the student's reply being "Ehh, i think you should look down...", for indeed, as soon as Marianne complied, she discovered the truth.

That her dress was slowly being breaking apart by termites.

"Wha--, why--, how is this happening!", exclamed Marianne confused as she looked at her dress slowly being eaten by the termites, exposing holes and more holes of her bare skin with each second.

Upon discovering what was going on, at first, Marianne tried slowly removing the termites from her dress by hand in order to preserve it, but once she noticed that one of the termites had actually managed to create a hole big enough in her chest area for her left nipple to poke out, it was then that she realized how much in trouble she was.

"EEEEEHHHH", she yelled loudly, upon which, as if her life itself depended on it, she quickly covered her exposed boob with her hand, and began running towards her dormroom, with the hope of arriving there before anything more was exposed.

"I have to get there quickly...", thought the embarrased Marianne as she ran as fast as she could, dropping numerous bits and pieces of her ever broken dress through the floor in her hurry.
