The doctor takes charge

"As you are new to the practice, I feel it's best to let you observe our procedures for a bit, Lakshmi," Sarah said gravely.

Belying her demeanor, the doctor had already reached out to rub the length of my rod as it pressed against the confines of my pants. The intern was similarly serious and produced a pen and notepad from somewhere inside her 'uniform' and began scribbling furiously as Sarah entwined herself with me. As she reached around to open my pants, I reached beneath her skirt and confirmed my hunch that this time she wasn't wearing any underwear.

The intern had stopped taking notes and was now chewing her pen as she watched the scene unfold before her.
