The competition is close.

The sea breeze blew Emma's dark tresses from her face as she stood on the deck of the beachside four-star hotel. She nervously sipped at a bottle of Toohey's as she watched the action out on the pipeline.

The good people of Toohey's were nice enough to invite the bikini contest winners up to their hospitality area overlooking the surf contest finals. Robyn, of course, wasn't with her. She was competing in the preliminary amateur finals going on now.

Things had been going pretty well for her fair-haired friend. The sponsor had kept Emma privy to the scoring, and Robs was nearly even in points with the top two women. Unfortunately, the last wave had curled and crashed quickly on top of them all. Emma had borrowed one of the nearby representative's binoculars and scoured the churning froth that was all that remained of the most recent of the steadily building waves.

The busty brunette was relieved to see Robyn, as well as the rest of the competitors, picking themselves and their surfboards out of the receding surf. She was also relieved to see the buff blonde's spandex trappings still held her perky boobs and tight pussy in check. Emma breathed a sigh of relief. Both because Robs was uninjured and for the fact that since all had wiped out, their scores would be the same.

The final round was coming up, the surfer girls sitting on their boards waiting on the next wave. Emma kept her eyes trained on Robyn as she saw the wave cresting promised to be the biggest of the day.

Emma watched as the three women expertly rode the inner wall of the turquoise wave as it moved to it's inevitable conclusion against the beach.

The wave began to curl in upon itself, beginning to engulf the surfers one by one. Emma wore an eager smile as she watched Robyn continue to balance atop her board as she rode ahead of the crashing wave behind her.

Emma jumped up and down in glee, still in her own contest swimwear, much to the appreciation of the assembled Toohey's representatives surrounding her. She gave a shout of joy and pumped her fist in the air towards her surf buddy.

Robyn responded in kind as she appeared out of the tunnel of emerald green unscathed and rode the remnants of the wave to shore.

Minutes later, Robyn jumped into Emma's outstretched arms as she came off the presentation stage.

"Whooee! I won first prize, Em!" Robyn yipped to her lushly curved friend as she held an envelope in one hand and a trophy of a clear Lucite surfer girl on a board over a blue plexi-glass wave in the other. "It's truly been a great weekend!" Emma was surprised to feel her friend initiate a wet kiss on her cheek.

As the two Aussie lovelies strode down the beach admiring Robyn's trophy and looking at the two thousand dollar check, Emma grabbed the blonde's arm and stopped her friend.

"I was wondering, Robs, if you don't think it too extravagant, if we could put some of the winnings toward a night up there instead of the caravan park." Emma gestured towards the resort hotel she had observed the contest from, it's glass structure rising high into the blue sky, each room with a balcony view.

"Oh, that's the thing, Emma," said Robyn, smiling as she dug into the envelope. She pulled out a voucher with the resort's logo on it. "We don't even have to spend our winnings. Part of my prize was a night for two here!"

"Alright then!" said Emma, beaming with happiness and desire. "What say we take in the pro competition from the Toohey's hospitality deck and head up after?"

"Sounds good, love. I'll make a reservation and you save me a cold brew, okay?" responded Robyn, grabbing Emma's hand and twisting it saucily before releasing it before heading for the main desk.
