What happens next?

The Word Processor is revealed...

Sarah slowly unpacks her things, taking them out of boxes and placing them "somewhere" for later sorting, she's digging through the first box, full of computer parts until she reaches the bottom finding an old, but still in one piece, PC...it's ancient by today's standards, but it looks pristine, carefully picking it up she marvels at how light it is...and how there isn't any dust on it...at all. Sitting down cross legged and setting it down in front of her Sarah looks it over, there's no ports for wires or anything, then without warning it starts up. Sarah jumps a little, being careful not to drop the seemingly magical device, before long the screen flickers on and words start typing up in a very simple font
