The Truth is Exposed

"I'm not sure what to think" Ava answered. "You kidnap me, strip me, then tell me I am to become a breeding slave. Now you tell me I have the prefect womb after humiliating me by showing me the inner workings of my own womb." She sighed deeply, and ran her hands through her hair. She had to admit to herself the humiliation stimulated her. She tried to block it out of her mind, but she couldn't. It made her feel so weak and vulnerable, and sexed up at the same time.

Then Pablo said something that completely caught her off guard. "It stimulated you sexually, didn't it Agent Banshee?"

Ava's thoughts were full of fear and alarm. He knew who she was? How? She played it off. "I have no idea what you're talking about" she responded.

"There's no use in pretending" Pablo informed her. "A lot can be found out about a person while they're asleep. Fingerprints are easy to get, and run through the database. You don't think we have yours on file? You're a prize to be captured with the price that's on your head. If I wanted to, I could sell you to the KGB, The Muslim Brotherhood, or any number of government or terrorist organizations. They would all love to break you, I'm sure. Tell me, why are you here?"

Ava knew she was in deep trouble. Instead of saying anything, she refused to answer.

"Then let me tell you why you're here" taunted Pablo. "You are here to infiltrate the cult by any means necessary. What your exact mission is after that, I don't know. But you do know, and you'd better tell me, or I will sell you to the highest bidder. The truth shall set you free. Or, I could go ahead and torture the information out of you. The choice is yours."

Ava looked at the surgical cart off to her right. There were tools in the cart she could use as a weapon against Pablo if she moved fast enough. Fast enough meant she would have to keep him from calling Tiny. She wasn't sure she could do that in her present condition. She could lie about her mission, or she could tell the truth, and compromise the entire mission. The only other choice would be to say nothing, and endure whatever torture Pablo used on her. If she told Pablo the truth, maybe she could turn him into an ally? Was there a chance he didn't like Moreno? It was all so uncertain. All she could do was roll the dice, and hope for the best.
