Welcome to the store. Currently the only two available menus are Household Rules and Items. Once the first rule is selected, the grayed out sections will become available. Remember, more dominating actions lead to more points lead to more powerful rules, punishments, and items. So it's time to humiliate to innovate!

Anyways, clicking away from the popup shows the following screen

Household Rules
Personal Protocols
Routines and Tasks
Discipline and Punishment
Items

All except for Rules and Items are greyed out, as the popup said, until you make a rule. Clicking on the grayed out sections reveals a basic explanation for each of them.
Personal Protocols- One time actions that you can order a single person or many people to do.
Routines and Tasks- Continuous actions that can be applied to either one person or many. Tends to be more expensive than Personal Protocols.

Discipline and Punishment- Discipline and Punishment establishes the punishments for not following Rules, Personal Protocols, and Routines and Tasks. A matching punishment will be free, such as a public scolding for failing to clean the dishes, while more **** punishments like a spanking or forcing them to do a task they do not wish will require an upgrade fee.

Alright, basically what you'd expect of this app. Now, let's look in more depth at the two things beyond the first screen. One of these will unlock all of the grayed out options, seems like a solid place to start.
