The Sea Gate Crescent Moons

The Sea Gate Crescent Moons are a posh gang, led by the rich, high-class Slattery. They, along with the Warriors and the Gamers, are one of the main gangs in the story. The Crescent Moons hold their operations in a large estate / mansion where Slattery, his wife Delores and their daughter Lisa reside. A few blocks away, there is a penthouse where Angela lives, and an apartment complex where the rest of the Moons reside in.

Slattery

Leader. Has short, slicked back black hair and brown eyes. He wears a purple pinstripe suit and brown shoes. He also has a mustache and beard. Five years ago, in 1974, he formed the Sea Gate Crescent Moons, looking to make a name for himself. Although mild-mannered at times, he is easily protective of the members of his gang, almost like a father figure to them. He is also married to his wife, Delores, another member of the Moons, who is also the co-founder, and they have a daughter named Lisa, the artist of the gang. He also does not permit any of his fellow gang members to be making illegal ****, such as cocaine, and had been said to kick out junkies Dr. Feelgood, Ripper and Marcie for their behavior.

"Warchief. Family man. Influential. These describe this gentleman with a non-faltering facade, and he knows how to teach proper 'manners' to his enemies!"

Delores

Sub-leader. Has blond hair tied up messily and gray eyes. She wears a purple dress with a pearl necklace and black stockings with a black garter belt and purple high heels. A beautiful woman who seems to get better with age, she is nicknamed 'Mama Delores' by members of the Moons, with the exception of her and Slattery's daughter Lisa, who just calls her parents 'Mom' and 'Dad'.

"As elegant and exotic as she is, she has a strong will and isn't afraid to put herself in harm's way. Oh, and she's Slattery's wife."

Lisa

Artist. Has short curly blond hair and brown eyes. She wears a pink blouse with the purple Moons jacket on, a blue miniskirt and pink and white sneakers. Said to have joined the Moons on her 18th birthday, she was kidnapped by Ripper and Marcie, before she escaped their turf in Old Town and returned home to be presented her own Moons jacket. Carefree and optimistic, she is very bright and bubbly but can be a bit obnoxious at times. She befriends Rembrandt after the contest at the start of the story, and as time progresses, they, along with Amy and Cowboy, and Angela and Cochise, become love interests. Lisa is also close friends with Amy, Angela and Berlin.

"The beloved daughter of Slattery and Delores, she joined the Moons on her 18th birthday. Having learned her skills in burners at 17, she can prove that she's anything but ordinary!"

Jake

Muscle. Has short blond hair and green eyes. Wears a white wife beater with a purple Moons jacket, and is as well muscled as Hoagie, blue shorts and white sneakers. Short-tempered and fearless, he is also close friends with Hoagie, and they were the first few members to join the Sea Gate Moons, until Ripper and Marcie's involvement with the **** cartel gang known as the South Beach Warlords prompted the latter two to be kicked out. He has a penchant for tall, buxom women.

"Hot-headed and hot-blooded, he has the strength to prove he's the definite muscle of the Moons!"

Hoagie

Muscle. Has dyed blonde Prince Valiant hair and hazel eyes. Unlike Jake, who's bigger and badder, Hoagie has a well muscled build, so he's shirtless, showing off his ripped torso, but wears a purple Moons jacket, tight leather pants and black shoes. Strong-willed yet capricious, he is also close friends with Jake. He is also the brother of Marcie, who was once a member of the Moons until her and Ripper's alignment with the South Beach Warlords prompted them out. He is also dating Berlin.

"Although fickle at times, he knows how to pack quite a punch, even though he's not as superstrong as his pal Jake."

Berlin

Muscle. Has short brown hair and light brown eyes. She wears a black sleeveless top that shows her waist and navel, a purple Moons jacket, tight denim shorts and white sneakers. A street-smart tomboy, Berlin is also close friends with Amy, whom she convinced to join the Moons, after dealing with Amy's ex-fiancee Michael, who is also the leader of the Five Point Shamrocks. Both girls then befriended Lisa and Angela after their inductions into the Moons, and they have been best friends since then. She is also dating Hoagie.

"A tomboy at heart, she's protective of her friends and will go to great lengths to ensure they don't get hurt. But she's also just as powerful as Jake and Hoagie."

Angela

Scout. Has long platinum blond hair and brown eyes. She wears a red tank top, a purple Moons jacket tied around her waist, a brown skirt and red high heels. Sexy and sassy, she is very protective of her friends Lisa, Amy and Berlin, and loves dressing up, whether it's a night on the town, or a brawl with enemy gangs. A former Lizzie, as well as a former stripper, she brawled with them until Starr granted her permission to join the Sea Gate Moons. She also dated Brian of the Yellowjackets for a few weeks, but after catching him with another woman, she breaks up with him, but he still continues his pursuit of her. After convinced by Lisa that she and Amy come with her to visit the Warriors (primarily because she wanted to hang out with Rembrandt), Angela immediately hooks up with Cochise. She also has a tendency to call people that annoy her as 'bozos', and often serves as the 'lookout' for the Crescent Moons.

"Watch out, boys! This sassy blonde is not just eye candy: she's also known for detecting the presence of nearly every enemy in sight."

Amy

Scout. Has red hair that ends at her shoulders, usually kept in a low ponytail and grey eyes. She wears a white blouse, a purple Moons jacket, a blue skirt that ends at her knees and yellow strappy sandals. She also sports freckles, which earned her the childhood nickname 'Freckleface'. A former Manhattan resident, she is a girl-next-door kind of girl who's rather shy yet friendly, prim and proper, and had been taught by her parents to avoid catching disease by learning to wash her hands, brush her teeth and other hygiene matters. She is also close friends with Berlin, and attempted to join the Moons with her, but her ex-fiancee, Michael, leader of the Five Points Shamrocks, demanded she'd stay so that they could rekindle their relationship. However, after putting him in his place, she joined the Moons, and along the way, made friends with Lisa and Angela. After convinced by Lisa that she and Angela come with her to visit the Warriors (primarily because she wanted to hang out with Rembrandt), Amy begins a friendship with Cowboy that, along with Rembrandt and Lisa, and Cochise and Angela, develops into something more. She is actually skilled in lockpicking, especially during robberies.

"Don't let her sweet smile and gentle demeanor fool you. She knows how to stand her ground as well as defend herself at all times."

Carabello

Wheels. Has short brown hair and brown eyes as well as dark-skinned. Wears a blue shirt, a purple Moons jacket, baggy jeans and black and white sneakers. A former auto mechanic, he is very skilled at hijacking cars, so much so, he was persuaded by Jake to join the Moons. He is considered to be a bit spacey at times, but is brilliant at his position as the wheels of the gang. He is also said to be friends with Jake.

"A man with immense knowledge of cars and other vehicles, he's the kind of guy that can unlock any police van at any given time."
