The Rich-Girl

"Next is Nanke Seiko, a distant descendant of the Fujiwara, orphan, and major shareholder in all of the diverse branches of the Mitsubishi consortium. She is rich, accomplished, a snappy dresser, in love with me and willing to move to Kota after graduation: but immature, plain, painfully shy, totally insecure, and clingy," Ursula said, putting down another finger.

"Yet, still you consider her, you must have more reasons than her wealth..." Masukumeron replied, scratching at her collar with one paw.

"I listed them already, but it's not so simple," Ursula replied.

"You will never find a solution till you face your feelings squarely Ursula," Masukumeron replied and Ursula let out a breath.

"Yes, her wealth is attractive, but I wouldn't DO that to her, she's a friend as well as a suitor. We've known each other since mom helped lay her mother to rest after that nasty train wreck which claimed her parents and older brother when we were ten, But that's part of the problem: we were friends up until last year when she went all crazy-stalker-girl-crush on me and now: I just don't know..." Ursula explained, but Masukumeron was having none of it.

"We both know this goes deeper than that," the orange-furred cat replied, and Ursula blushed.

"She doesn't know I'm Bi," Ursula whispered.

"Why not just TELL her, take the heat from the fallout, and see if she shifts focus?" Masukumeron asked.

"Three reasons, all of which scare me in different ways. One: she might go full on psycho and try to kill me, 'If I can't have you no one can!' kind of thing. Two: she might reject me and tell everyone why, and I'm not sure I'm ready to deal with that kind of pressure. Three: she might tell me that she's bi too, even if she isn't, and become even more clingy than she already is," Ursula explained.

"This Clingy thing seems to bother you, A LOT," Masukumeron commented.

"It's driving me nuts: it's like she thinks if I so much as LOOK at anyone else I love her that little bit less. It's not healthy and it makes me feel like I can't breathe sometimes, I wouldn't mind accepting her suit and being her lover if she were just more gods-damned MATURE about it all. I think she's great, we became friends first, which is how it's supposed to go, but I CAN'T live in a bubble with her the rest of my life! I NEED space, sky, other friends: and, if I'm being honest here, I would like a partner that was OK with my wanting a good dicking sometimes."
