The Person on the Phone

Alfred helped out his charges, but was soon interrupted by a couple of phone calls. The first being that of Vicki Vale asking for access for the wedding so she could report on it. He agreed as long as she went along with the rules, including helping to spread a press release. He thought, 'Spreading the release will help the masters with their lives. I may yet find a use for Ms. Vale as well. I will have time to decide before meeting with her, the wedding and the aftermath.'

The second call was from Karen Star, or Kara-L better known as Powergirl. She wanted an invite to the wedding. While it was too late for her to be a bridesmaid, but not for the wedding... or Master Wayne's life. At the moment, she was just confused and awed at the actions of Selina and her maids. Their appearance of being like a harem or something. The Englishman began to take advantage of the hand he had been dealt.

Karen was alone on the phone with him, "So I was hoping that I could get an invite to the wedding. Just to make sure everything is okay. Especially with the chance for supervillains and such. I know that Clark and Lois are looking to coming, for similar reasons. Well, that and to report on it."

"I understand Miss Star. I have an invite for you as well as others as needed. I believe Master Wayne has invited Master and Miss Kent-Lane as well. I know that you were envious of Miss Kyle and her party, their relationship with Master Wayne and each other."

"Well... Yeah. All five of them are hot. I have been friends with Diana and Zatanna for a long time, and even had a sorta friendship with Harley. The idea of getting closer to them are tempting even to a hetrosexual woman, let alone a bisexual like myself. Bruce has to be one of the sexiest man, any woman would have a crush on him. Wish I could be in the sextet." She told him, as she continued to speak to him.

Alfred smiled slightly and dryly as he told her, "I believe that I could make them agreeable with inducting you into the relationship. Perhaps making an alliance between your company and Master Wayne's, as well as an alliance between yourself and Master Wayne. As well as his wife and her friends."

"Perhaps I should set up a branch in Gotham. Bringing in more jobs in the area." she added, which help Alfred's plans to help his adopted son.
