The Next Morning

The party awoke the next morning to find their horses and supplies vanished. Aurora was convinced that some sort of enchantment was at play to put her into some sort of magically induced slumber while on watch, but the others believed that the paladin had just fallen asleep on her own, knightly discipline or no. Rose tried to come up with a good night-knight pun, couldn't think of one, said a bad one ("It looks like your knightly discipline took the night off!"), and the party continued on their way.

They hoped to find their horses and recover their supplies and spare clothes, but the forest was vast and no one in the party had any experience in tracking or skill ranks in Knowledge: Wilderness Lore, but that isn't to say that they found nothing.
