The Motorcycle Adventure with Jaina: Getting the bikes ready. As their bikes are being worked on, you ask Jaina about her fellow bikers.

Although "Angels & Demons Customs" might not be like your normal mechanics shop, it doesn't mean that they'll go the extra distance to help people get ready for a long road trip, if they're not busy customizing someone's ride. That is the case, when you found the opportunity to let Jaina & some of the motorcycle club members bring their bikes over, to get them ready for the road trip. You have your own bike there, as well, making sure that it's in the best shape possible. You've also borrowed a trailer from one of your friends, that can safely transport both your bike, & Jaina's bike.

Speaking of Jaina, you find that she has changed her looks some since you last saw her. She still has those silky blonde locks that flows down to the middle of her back, but she had the sides of her hair shaven, and some of her locks has been dyed a lavender color. It may not be noticeable in some cases, but depending on how her hair flows, or what her body posture is, the evidence of her shaven locks can be seen. Now she watches as your co-worker checks the chain on her bike, as well as the clutch, the brakes, and the lights. Other motorcycle specialists are also checking the bikes of her fellow club bikers, performing any necessary maintenance or repairs.

"Good thing you brought your bike over, before your club's road trip, ma'am." Your co-worker tells Jaina, showing her some weak spots in the chain. "This part of your motorcycle chain is severely weakened, and could break at any time. The clutch also looks weak, and can also snap at any moment."

"Oh my." Jaina tells him. "Do they need to replaced?"

"I can fix them," he tells her, "but given that your club has a long road trip up to Napa Valley, I would recommend replacing the chain & the clutch. Thanks to your good friend, Eric, who compiled all of the makes, models, & year that you & your fellow bikers ride, we came prepared. I can replace the chain & the clutch at a moment's notice. Other than that, the rest of your bike's component are in the best possible condition."

"How much will it cost me?" Jaina asks him.

"For the clutch & the chain," he tells her, "we're looking at around $300, plus labor, which would put it around $500."

"How low can I make the cost, Eric?" Jaina turns to look at you.

"$400, I think." You look to your co-worker, who nods, then back to Jaina. "Had it not been for the club leaders pooling some extra cash to help with the costs, you'd be looking at $600 or more, for the best parts available, plus labor."

"All is fair, I guess." Jaina tells you. "Alright, Eric, if I were to pay, say, $500 to get it done, is there any way I can be reimbursed in some way? Or maybe you can cover some of the costs that I would otherwise have to pay?"

"We can discuss that later, Jaina." You tell her.

"$500, it is, then." Jaina tells you & the mechanic. "Please make sure you get it right, hon."

"Oh, most definitely, Jaina." The mechanic tells her. "In no time, you'll have a new chain & clutch on your bike, ready for the road trip. Heck, I'll even throw in some extra tune-up, to squeeze out some more horses, and optimize your fuel mileage."

You work out the paperwork with Jaina for the necessary repairs, making sure her motorcycle club will also get a copy of it. In the meantime, the mechanic goes to work on repairing the chain & the clutch. Given the mechanic's expertise with motorcycles, it doesn't take very long for him to do it. Jaina, meanwhile, discusses various things with you, ranging from the road trip, to how she's trying to balance all aspects of her life, with her dancing, and her rock band. When she starts talking about her fellow bikers, though, some of the things she says makes you wonder, as you look at the other other bikers that are in the reception area.

"You have some interesting things about your fellow bikers." You tell Jaina. "Is there anything in particular that I should know about them?"
