The Hall of Justice

The home to the infamous Justice League, it is mostly left as a museum of sorts near the center of the city. You fight through miles of cops and valiant citizens, only for the majority to either die or be enslaved. You reach the Hall of Justice, where it has been left abandoned, the museum looted by the justice league so that you do not have any access to dangerous weapons.
