The Future!

Andrew fell from the portal which opened in the sky, landing with a hard, definite thud on the ground. It hurt like hell, his entire body aching. As he roled around to face the sky, he could only hope he had landed somewhere nice, where he could sit and relax. There had been too much chaos already.

And as he watched the sky, and his eyes focused, he saw something. "Oh... My... Marty McFly... I'm in the future!"

A dozen flying cars were speeding miles above his head. This was the life Andrew had always dreamed of since he was a kid. This was a nerd's paradise! He looked around and saw he was in the new, rebuilt, futuristic Sunnydale! It wasn't centuries into the future, merely about thirty years!

He realized that he wasn't just in the future, he was in someone's yard. Andrew turned, to see about four beautiful women! This was really too good to be true!

"Is that... No, it can't be," said one.

"Oh my... That is! It's him, from the photo's! The guy who disapeared when they were fighting the First!"

Andrew stood up. "Umm... Hello, Future-Ladies."

"Are you Andrew? Andrew Wells?" asked the same girl.

"Yes... How do you know?"

"Our moms and dads told us all about you. Let me introduce myself. I'm Julie Summers, Dawn's daughter. This is my cousin Anne, Buffy's daughter. This is Megan Harris, Faith and Xander's kid. And this is Erin Rosenberg." Andrew looked at the last girl, who was Asian.

"Rosenberg? She's Willow's daughter?" he asked confused.

"Adopted," she smiled. "The youngest potential ever, so Willow and Kennedy took me in."

"Come in, come in," said Julie. "We want to know how the hell you got here!"

They guided Andrew into the house. Some how he felt that the future was going to be a bright, bright place to live in. Just as long as there was no Soylent Green.
