The ENForcer

Then Lauren saw a new ride she'd never noticed before. It was a roller coaster with an insane series of spirals, she'd never seen anything like it. It's neon sign read 'The ENForcer'. Lauren blinked, then smiled. Ever since she was a kid she loved rides, and the wilder the better! She was excited to try this new one.

Lauren got into the line eagerly. She impatiently waited. Then she noticed a group of people in front of her weren't paying attention. Grinning mischievously Lauren darted around them and passed them in line.

"Hey!" One of them turned, noting Lauren. "You cut us!"

"Hey, you snooze you loose!" Lauren laughed. She ignored their glares. What could they do to her?

Now it was Lauren's turn onto the ride! She stepped up eagerly. Two employees, young women in matching park shirts. Lauren vaguely recognized one of them. Some nobody from school, she thought dismissively. What Lauren didn't realize was this was Monica, who Lauren had made miserable all through high school. This culminating on Lauren talking another girl into pushing Monica out of the locker room naked and not letting her back in! Monica had never forgotten that moment, and her eyes locked on the oblivious Lauren. First Monica glared, then a smile crept across her face...
