Chapter 3

Time to continue the story!
The Contest Begins
When the two gangs arrived, they discovered the Panzers, Electric Eliminators, the Saracens and the Gamers, all with the best artists in their gang. Scopes then made his arrival and began speaking, whilst standing on top of a van.
"Allright! It's that time again to see who's the best artist in the streets. Last time we were here, the winner was Rembrandt, who represented the Warriors. But we've also taken notice of the new kid in the group; she is willing to demonstrate her skills in laying out the finest burner, so let's see what you got, honey!"
Scopes pointed at Lisa, allowing her to look rather bewildered; could she be the next great artist around New York? Was her work from several years ago really going to pay off?
"Allright, let's begin! 3, 2, 1! Here we go!" Scopes exclaimed.
Rembrandt was the first to search for spray paint needed to win the competition, followed by the Eliminators, the Crescent Moons, the Gamers, the Panzers, and finally the Saracens. On the other hand, despite being teased by some of the other gangs that she was the only girl out of all the artists, Lisa pressed on, anyway.
As they began constructing their burners, Berlin was there to keep an eye out on anyone that would interfere with Lisa's work. In Rembrandt's case, Cochise followed Berlin's exact lead as well.
Soon, Lisa and Rembrandt appeared to be neck in neck, apparently quick with their reflexes and showing the other gangs how it's done. However, Lisa eventually finished up her burner, which consisted of an upside-down silver crescent moon with a woman laying on it, smoking what appeared to be a cigarette, and the smoke forming into the Crescent Moons's logo.
Angela and Amy cheered as Lisa ran to them and hugged them, while Berlin congratulated Lisa for her efforts. Rembrandt and the other Warriors took notice and Cochise said, "That girl's got skills. Heard she'd been laying burners while in high school."
"Yeah, I think she's got some potential like I do." Rembrandt replied.
"Allright, everyone! I think we got ourselves a new champion here. From Sea Gate, representing the Crescent Moons, give it up for the lovely Lisa!" Scopes said. "...And our last champion, Rembrandt, is in second place, no doubt. But he'll be pleased to know he's a got a counterpart in her." he added.
"You should congratulate her, she'll be happy you did." Vermin told Rembrandt.
"Sure." Rembrandt said, before approaching Lisa.
Just as he was about to shake her hand however, a man in what appeared to be Rogues colors jumped in and kicked Scopes off the van. It was Psychosis, the new leader of the Rogues himself.
"The Warriors must die! I will continue where Luther left off, and fulfill our chance to clear our name!" Psychosis yelled.
Suddenly, the other gangs took notice of more Rogues coming in, and cowered before running out, leaving only the Warriors, the Crescent Moons and the Gamers. "Allright, boys! Have at it!" Psychosis told his men.
The Rogues eventually came after the two gangs, but the Warriors eventually began to lay waste on them. Cochise gave one a one-two punch, while Rembrandt kicked another in the stomach.
Lisa looked on as Angela and Berlin joined in, as Angela knee'd a Rogue in the crotch, while Berlin roundhouse kicked another. Carabello was also getting in on the fun, elbowing one Rogue and throwing him onto a wall.
Lisa and Amy then looked at one another briefly before joining the others, Lisa using a spray can to temporarily blind one Rogue, while Amy punched another in the gut. However, another Rogue came in and grabbed Lisa, pinning her to the wall.
Yet, to his surprise, the Rogue was hit in the head by a can of spray paint, and turned around. The man that attacked with was Rembrandt, and he punched him a few times before the Rogue hit the ground.
One such member of the Gamers, Highscore, immediately took notice of a Rogue ready to attack him with a knife and took it from him quickly, stabbing the Rogue in the shoulder with it. "Give up?" he asked with a grin.
"THAT'S ENOUGH! GODDAMMIT! YOU FUCKIN' IMBECILES NEED TO START MANNING UP!!!" Psychosis yelled at the top of his lungs.
As the defeated Rogues ran off, Psychosis told the three gangs, "You haven't seen the last of me, you jerks! I'll be back!" before he retreated as well.
The Warriors, the Crescent Moons and the Gamers then checked on Scopes to see if he was allright, and was lucky to have survived the attack. As the three gangs were ready to leave for their turfs, however, Rembrandt stopped and went over to the Moons.
"Congratulations, miss. You did a really good job proving you're good at laying burners like I am." Rembandt said.
"Thanks, you're not bad yourself, either." Lisa replied. "I'm Lisa, what's your name?" she asked.
"It's Rembrandt. These are my friends--" Rembrandt said, before Cowboy called out to him, saying, "Hey! We should hurry and get going! Don't want Swan to get angry!"
"Oh, okay. See you later, Lisa." Rembrandt said, before the two gangs parted ways.
"You guys better be careful out there! We'll be here if you need us!" Highscore called out to both gangs, who agreed on what he told them.
As the Warriors and the Moons returned to the turfs, Swan and the rest of the Warriors began to realize that the Rogues were still after them. Yet, the Crescent Moons might have enemies of their own, known as the Corporate Crooks and the Warlords, but another gang was beginning to spread allegations across New York.
