The 'Smilemakers', alternate Brunswick farm

Bartleby had been ****, in his need to reduce expenses on his farm, he had decided to reduce the need for huntsmen. But the only way to do that is to reduce the negativity that attracts Grimm. He had heard rumors of an unusual type of Grimm that causes anyone nearby to smile and laugh, apply named 'The Smilemakers'. He had managed to capture two, hoping they would spread some positive emotion to his farm. When he got back, he locked them in the cellar, and for a while his plan seemed to work, but strangely only the women on his estate seem to smile more and laugh randomly.

Unfortunately, the rest of the pack had found their way to the farm, they attacked and killed the men with the exception of Bartleby and spared the women, but not out of kindness, they had something much worse planned for them. They **** Bartleby to watch as began tickling the women, and it here when Bartleby realized that unlike most Grimm, the Smilemakers don't feed on negativity, they feed on the laughter of women. Bartleby was helpless to watch as the monsters had their way with the women, stripping them naked and tickling them all over their bodies, he was made to watch as they tortured Mrs. Putnam, Mrs. Melville and her daughter, and worst of all his beloved wife and daughters, tickled to near insanity.

Day after day, Bartleby was made to watch his wife, daughters and others tickled, feeding the Grimm, who seemed much more smarter than they average Grimm. He was as one by one they were tickled to ****, laughing as the life left their eyes, as only **** freed them from the tickling. When the last perished, only them did they finish Bartleby off. Brunswick Farms had been left abandoned since, legends saying the Smilemakers still reside in, waiting for any person foolhardy enough to get near the property, if you're a man, it's a quick ****, but if a woman, then they'll wish for one.

"Holy crap, it's cold!" shouted Yang, pushing her motorcycle, Bumblebee as she and her team walk a snow laden forest.

Earlier, Team RWBY had been on their way to Atlas, along with Qrow, Oscar and JNR, to deliver the lamp relic they got at Haven. The train they were on was suddenly attacked by some Grimm, they did their best to fight them off. They came up with an idea to separate the trains, Team RWBY keeping the relic to distract the Grimm, while JNR, Qrow and Oscar stayed to guard the passengers. Now RWBY find themselves lost in the cold barren wasteland, hoping to find some shelter.

"Yes Yang, we know it's cold. The snow was a dead giveaway!" Weiss says in irritation

"I thought you wouldn't mind the cold?"

"Just because I'm from Atlas, doesn't mean I like it!" Weiss snaps, though she's glad she got some blue tights to cover her legs.

"I'm starting to think dad was right about my choice of clothing." Blake laments as her very revealing top, trying to keep her coat around her body.

"Guys, no arguing please, that's the last thing we need right now." Ruby pleads as she leads the group, the relic attached to her belt.

"Do you need help with that?" Blake asks as she walks over to Yang

"No, I got it." Yang replies

"I mean, it's no trouble, I could just-" Blake goes to place her hands on the bike, but Yang suddenly barks

"Don't Touch!"

Blake recoils in shock and a bit of fear, Yang immediately calms down and look apologetic. But before she could say anything, Ruby suddenly shouts

"Look! A building!" Ruby points up ahead, not too farm off some structure was visible. A few more minutes of walking later, the four girls are at the front gate.

"Brunswick Farms?" Weiss reads the sign, "Why would anyone build a farm in the middle of nowhere?"

"It doesn't matter, hopefully they'll let us spend the night." said Ruby

"It looks pretty old and empty." Blake says

"Well, let's break in and rest." Yang says

"Come on, guys. Hopefully the worst is over." Ruby leads them in

But unfortunately, something was watching them, and something was very excited about four young women coming for a visit.
