How and where do they pee?
Tentacle toilets
Public bathrooms and toilets no longer exist. Monsters the size of large dogs called “cleaners” now roam around crawling inside human orifices to consume their waste. If a cleaner decides to feed on you, you are obliged to let it but publicly accepting one is considered both shameful and arousing to most.
What's next?
You find yourself being visited in a dream by a supernatural being who tells you that you are going to be taken to an alternative reality where the rules on nudity, going to the toilet and sexual activity are significantly different to what might be found in your world.
