Tell her the truth

Holding her close to you, she sobs into your shoulder as you caress her soft blonde hair, "Shhh I'm sorry Elizabeth... I wanted to take you. It's just..." You pause for a moment before telling her the story Kathryn told you

"My sister needs Margaret out of the manor because she fears that Sara is trying to have her thrown out." You feel Elizabeth go still in your arms as you continue, "Look I want you to come with me... but I can't have Margaret around here trying to kill my sister..."

Hearing the story clearly eases the burden on Elizabeth. She sniffs a few times, wiping away her tears as she looks up at you. "Yeah... I know that Margaret has been trying to do that for a while...." Wrapping her arms around you she continues, "But please... don't go with her! You can't trust her John... she will betray you the first chance she gets!"
