Yes the world of Teen Titans has many strong and willful heroes that you could bend to your will. It's all about finding out which one is right. This would also give you a bit of footting inside the DC universe, letting you branch off if you wish.

Raven is a clear option. Her powers and abilities could be useful, and you question if she has a bit of that "Lady Legasus" inside her from TTG? Regardless of the show, she has legs for days. Shock and Awe could help overwhelm her mental defenses.

Starfire would probably be easier to trick though harder to conquer. Tamaraneans were known to be strong fighters and willfuly stubborn. A straight up fight might not be for the best but would be the most fun.

Jinx, the luck spell caster, could be a very useful henchwoman. And you did always feel bad that she was no where near as curvy as the rest of the cast. Perhaps you could change that for the better but she's started down a more greyish path as of late. It could be easy to sway her back to the dark side or convince her to join for a more 'noble' sake.

Blackfire is a solution and a problem. Just as strong as Starfire, she tends to harbor resentment and rage. Should you recruit her, you might always have to watch your back less she upseat you. Still, none would be as dominating in her actions or as firey a lover as her.

Kitty, a bratty willful daughter of Killer Moth, has only money and connections to offer you. And much like Blackfire, would more than likely seek the top for herself. She could give you an influx of cash to further grow your League, but you might also need to keep an eye on her.

Or you could look elsewhere. After all the show had several other girls and women and you are at the doorstep of the DCU. Perhaps you could find another target.
