Talk to the Black Cloaked Man

You ignore the bartender and go up to the black cloaked man in the shadowy part of the bar. You can’t really get a good look at him but sit in front of him none the less.

“Evening stranger,” he says, sizing you up. “You like you are an adventurer, is that so?”

“Yeah,” you say, “Are you a merchant? Or quest giver.”

The shadowy man takes a sip of his ale and pauses for effect.
