I approached Cass in order to make some small talk.

John: Hey, seems I got the job.

Cass: Congratulations, I guess you are also a student?

John: Yes, I transferred in order to finish college away from home.

Cass: Good for you, but have in mind, you can't have a student discount and employee discount at the same time. You will get the employee discount only.

For the next hour I tried to make some small talk with her... maybe I would earn some brownie points this way!
