Take Niki home.

Dragonhide manor is completely empty when you arrive home. You unlock the door and head inside, call out, but there's no answer. Guess Amara and Eva are doing stuff.

Niki stretches her arms high above her head. You can't help but notice the smooth firmness of her back. When she turns, you eye over the exotic queen, but she looks to you with confusion. "You all right? I think we're both tired after that. Let's go to my room and chill. You haven't even seen it yet, right? I put up all those weapons."

"That sounds all right. Just wanna chat or something?"

She shrugs. "Whatever we feel like, I guess." With a surprisingly timid expression, she rubs the back of her neck and glances away. "Just chill."

"Lead the way." She's acting extra strange.

Up the stairs and through the halls you go, until the two of you finally come to a door. She opens it up for for you, and after stepping inside, she carefully shuts the door behind you. You then get a moment to look around. There are several swords mounted along the walls, all likely never to be used. They do look cheap, though it makes her room look like an armoury. It's not the most exciting thing, as neither of you have lived here long enough to decorate much, but it's neat.__

She walks over to the table nearby and places down her mace and shield. "What a day."

"I'll say." You watch her curiously as she removes her armour piece by piece.

Eventually, Niki is garbed in nothing but shorts and the fabric that wraps around her bust. She falls her rear back against the bed, and rustles her hands through her hair. "It feels good to get off my feet. Those shoes I was wearing were weird." Her eyes turn to you. "What are you waiting for? Come on over."

You sit down beside her, and the mattress creaks. Things grow silent, but Niki speaks up soon after.

"I really appreciate you inviting me today, Kyle..."

"It was nothing. Though I was worried you'd hate it."

She fiddles her thumbs on her lap and stares downwards. "You know, wearing something fancy like that wasn't so bad. Especially with you. It made me feel safe, I guess, having you there. I don't know if I've ever even danced before today... Do you remember the whole thing with the witch?"

You blush thinking about it and nod. How could I forget?

"I just w-wanted to say that it wasn't so bad," she mumbles. "Just so you know. It felt okay."

"Just okay?" you ask.

She flushes and puts her hands over her face. "It felt amazing! Are you happy?" Her lands slowly lower as she looks to you with pleading eyes. "Y-You're not such a bad guy."

By her face, she's completely infatuated. The most interesting part of all is that despite how tough she often acts, she continues to become submissive in a situation like this. She has no problem throwing a punch at a noble ball, but she can't express her feelings easily to somebody at all.

You slide a hand behind her neck, and down to her farthest shoulder. "What happened to the tough gal warrior?" you tease.
