Take Lauren's mind!

Lauren watched Vanessa Saunter away. That was the word. Saunter. Her narrow hips swayed obviously in her tight slacks. Almost every head turned to watch her pass towards the kitchen. God, she was so obvious! Vanessa stared angrily. Then, she recalled her new powers! Her glared turned to a smile.

Vanessa reached out with her mind. She hadn't quite mastered this yet, but she'd practiced a little at the park. What could go wrong? So Vanessa reached for her temples. She focused on Lauren. Then, she saw Lauren freeze in place. Was it working? To make sure Vanessa willed Lauren to raise her right hand. Lauren shakily did as she willed. She did it! She was in Lauren's mind and had total control!

Now her smile grew into a huge wicked grin...
