Angelo thought about his options. Lena acted like everything was fine, but he couldn't shake the feeling that something was off. Lavina, on the other hand, was content with how things were going. He looked into Lavina's eyes. She was smiling nervously. He lifted a hand to her cheek, sliding his fingers along her jawline. "I had a good time too." She gently stopped his hand and nuzzled it lightly. "It doesn't have to end now." He glanced over to his bedroom door before looking back into Lavina's eyes. "Um, if you want to spend the night. I'll need to properly introduce you to Lena first."

At that moment there was a knock at the door. Angelo sighed softly. "Ugh, that must be the police. Sorry, Lavina. Don't go anywhere. We'll continue this conversation in a few minutes." Lavina nodded slightly as he walked toward the door. "Okay, I won't." However, when he reached the door, her eyes went wide. "Get awa..!" He was about to check the peephole when he heard her voice, but before she could finish. He heard a loud sound before everything went dark. 616 - 5% = 585 (585.2), - 585 Hp

Several hours later

As Angelo came to his senses, he felt something warm and soft around his left bicep. On his right was something equally soft, but cool to the touch. His hands moved a few inches before feeling something firm yet soft. His hands gently squeezed. Two soft yet familiar moans filled his ears as his finger tips pressed into the soft flesh of a woman's inner thigh. Had he died and gone to heaven? When his eyes opened slowly, he was quite surprised by what he saw. He was on a rather large bed in a dark room, but lavish room with Lavina hanging on his left arm and Lena on his right. There was a new exclamation flashing with a eight above it that he ignored.

Angelo was quite confused. 'I am clearly not in my apartment anymore. Just what did I miss?' As this question riddled his mind, he looked up to his mini-map and saw two things of note. First was the time. It was almost midnight. Secondly, the listed location was Lavina's Mansion. Did this mean his place had been destroyed? While thinking about this, he felt something odd against his skin. 'Is that silk?' He used a mental command to check his equipment. Another surprise, he was only wearing a silk robe.

Angelo felt lucky to be alive, but what all did he miss? He sighed softly while leaning his head back slightly. A rather soft pillow was felt contouring to his head as he whispered. "Fuck.. So much for my place being safe." Lena started to stir slightly. "Angelo.." She moaned softly out before nuzzling gently against his arm. Lavina pulled his arm closer before whispering. "Mmm, mine." He smiled softly. "I'm sorry I worried you both." He decided to allow those exclamations from earlier to pop up.

Angelo's eyes widened upon reading all of that. He looked over to Lena with a soft smile. 'Looks like you had a rough time. I'm lucky to have you.' He leaned over to kiss the top of her head, causing her to squirm a little. He leaned his head back and closed his eyes. His head was still throbbing from earlier. Although he tried his best to focus on what happened earlier, he was out before he knew it.

Friday morning!

The scent of food filled the air, attracting Angelo's hungry body to its senses. His eyes began to open. "Hm?" He saw Lena pushing a food cart. Lena stopped by the bed and moved to hug him tightly. "Are you all right? Does it hurt anywhere? Lavina and I couldn't find any wounds, but you just wouldn't wake..." A worried expression over taking her normally cheerful demeanor. He hugged her in return while looking up to his health and mana bar. Both were full. He kissed her cheek gently. "I'm sorry I worried you, but I'm fine now. What happened?"

Lena turned to the food cart, taking things off to set on the bed. "After I heard the explosion. I came rushing out to find you were on the floor and Lavina was fighting someone." She took the lid off of the tray to let Angelo eat. "I rushed to your side. Lavina told me to take you some place safe so I did." She moved a hand gently to his. "After making sure you were comfortable. I went back out to fight too." She paused for a moment. He lifted a brow as he picked up his utensil. "Then what?"

Lena looked to the side then down slightly. "Lavina cast a spell on me to improve my capabilities when several more people entered the room. I was able to take two of them down, but Lavina took care of the majority of them." Angelo smiled softly while gently squeezing her hand. "You were very brave. I'm proud of you Lena." Her body lip was quivering as she shook her head slightly. "Thank you, but I wasn't. I, I was so scared.." He moved his hand from hers to her cheek. "I don't doubt that. That was a scary situation, but that's what makes you brave. It takes a lot of courage to do what you did."

Lena nuzzled his hand while a soft smile crept upon her lips. "I'm just glad you're safe." Angelo's eyes gazed into hers while thinking on many things. Lena has obviously been a good girl. What should he do as a reward? Promise to go on a date with her? Kiss her lips and maybe extra? Or gently pat her head and hug her tightly?
