Sure

A devious line of thinking suddenly comes to your mind.

"Sure, Di. How 'bout you meet me over at Marceau's?" You text back to her.

Marceau's was a diner owned by a man named Alexandre Marceau, a handsome Frenchman of Congolese descent that you had met in college. You and Alex, as you called him, had been friends with benefits during your time there. Him teaching you French, and you schooling him in English while rolling around the dorm room floors. After college he had opened the diner as his primary income, while also dabbling in painting. If you were honest he was pretty good, though a bit of a perfectionist at times which made it hard for him to be satisfied with something before finishing it.

The reason you had brought this up however was you knew Diane had a major crush on him, but had never acted on it. You knew Alex had expressed an attraction to her, but had teased he doubted he could satisfy two Carter sisters. You grin to yourself. If you got your sister laid with her old crush, you wouldn't have to worry so much about Dave. And even if she refused, you were certain Alex would not say no to a personal booty call.

Finally after what seems like forever, Diane responded: "Alright, see you there."

You grab your things and head downstairs, wondering what Diane would be thinking right now. You feel a little giddy to see if your plans would bear fruit. Marceau's was an easy walk from the conference building, so it didn't take long to get there. When you enter, you see Alex behind the counter.

"Bonjour, mes ami," you greet him with a smile. He was as handsome as ever, cleanshaven save for a small mustache. His hair was also partly shaved but for a thin layer of dark hair. His broad frame betrayed the exercise he frequently partook in to keep in shape.

"Bonjour, ma belle!" Alex comes from behind the counter to give you a hug. "You are more radiant than the last time I saw you." He whispers in your ear. "I would love to get reacquainted."

"Mmm, me too," you admit, for a brief moment forgetting your plan. "And we still might, but I have a surprise for you. I invited Diane over."

"Really?" His tone of voice definitely indicated interest. "You are very good to me, though I suspect this is more than doing something for me."

Alex was always perceptive. One of the few guy friends you had that you confided pretty much all of your escapades to.

"Guilty. Maybe I'll explain later, but Diane will be here soon," you explain.

"Okay, okay Suzy. As you say. Let me get your usual ready," he offers, moving back behind the counter. You can't resist the urge to admire his back muscles through his shirt and take an appreciative look at an ass you knew didn't quit.

You take a seat and wait for Diane to show up.
