Sunstroke!

This was horrible! She was burnt to a crisp, which felt terrible and - even worse - looked ridiculous.

Realising she couldn't just stay there staring at herself, Lauren decided the best thing to do would be to pack up and make her way home immediately, hopefully with as few people seeing her bright pink skin as possible. Standing up, however, Lauren felt a wave of dizziness and nausea pass over her and quickly sat down again. When she'd recovered somewhat, she was incredibly annoyed at herself for her stupidity (though in her mind she was already managing to convince herself that it was at least partially Danni's fault) but realised that she still couldn't stay on the beach. She obviously had sunstroke but she still needed to get home and find some way of restoring her looks!

Standing, Lauren again felt the dizziness gathering, but managed to pack away her things and start on her way back up the beach, all the while fighting an encroaching headache and with her thoughts distinctly hazy. She made it about six feet before she felt herself falling and slipped into darkness...
