Chapter 35
by Fiend21
What's next?
Strike and take the Queen off the board
Days later, you stand next to Morrigan and Bloodaxe alongside your hardened veterans, Orcs and human alike. You hide in a small, dark cave, staring down towards at the valley, your idealized ambush point. The carriages should move alongside the valley river, allowing you to slam in and take them out.
"The Crimson Hand will hit the main party, before withdrawing to safer terrain," Morrigan says. "Then, Kilzul's boys will hit hard, obliterating the guards that are left. You move in then, deal with the Queen, and we get the fuck out of here."
"Understood," you nod.
"Are we taking this bitch alive or just slitting her throat?"
"Depends how much of a fight she puts up. Killing her will put the kingdom is disarray and let us rapidly expand, but it'll survive. If I capture her, that'll be a tool of absolute power."
You stare down, as several carriages begin to move through, accompanied by a large garrison of soldiers who walk alongside the carriages, as well as the Queen's personal bodyguard, the Eternals, elite soldiers clad in golden armor.
"We strike now, boss?" Bloodaxe asks.
"Perfect," you reply.
"Charge! Kill 'em all, boys!" Bloodaxe roars, as he leads the men around you out of the cave.
You take a deep breath, listening to the panicked screams of man as they're hit by a wave of Orcs. You slowly walk forward to the mouth of the cave, staring down at the carnage. You quickly look at the fight taking place, spotting the fanciest carriage in front of you, polished wood, gold and silver. The rich and powerful never were logical in choosing where to stay, and Queen Elisandria's just made herself a bigger target.
You charge down the valley alongside another wave of Orcs, eager to secure the Queen and get out of there. You charge through the fray, quickly heading to the fancy carriage. Immediately, two Eternals confront you, raising their swords.
"You will not harm the queen!" one of the golden men says.
You bash your mace into his head, before kicking his foot away. He falls to his knees, before you grab him by the helmet, quickly breaking his neck.
"Fuck! I'm feeling powerful as shit!" you laugh.
The second guard raises her sword, ready to parry your strike. You grab the dead man's sword, throwing it with such demonic strength that you impale her through the neck. She drops to the ground, and you step up to Queen's carriage. You open the door, staring inside at Queen Elisandria of Man.
The Queen is a tall, slender figure with pale skin. She stares at you with bright blue eyes. She has wavy, blonde hair, warm pink lips and a regal air about her. She wears a fancy blue dress that seems like it costs more than you'd have ever learned in a thousand lifetimes under Ober with medium-sized tits underneath. She also wears a fancy fur tied around her neck going down her back, with golden trim. In her hands is an ornate, golden scepter, headed with a striking eagle, it's wings spread and its claws raised to swoop in and strike its target. Upon her head sits in an elegant, 21-pointed crown, each point studded with a magnificent gemstone. Your cock twinges at the sight of her and you grin.
"Your majesty," you say darkly. "A pleasure to meet you. The tales of your beauty aren't exaggerated in the slightest."
"I'm not afraid of you, vile beast," she sneers at you.
"There's always so much more fun breaking the will of the defiant ones," you grin.
