Stranger Danger

Lauren tries to pull the ruined leotard loose from the chain link fence only to hear the fabric rip further. Seeing where it is snagged, Lauren knew that the garment wasn't useful anymore. The rip was at the crotch area! Now Lauren could yank the "piece of fabric" free and use it to cover up, but that would waste valuable time of not getting caught.

The only useful items were Laurens sandals. She found one by a flowerbed of a nearby house. What she didn't count on was seeing where her other stray sandal landed. "RIPPER". Lauren froze in horror at the doghouse mere feet away. The Sandal rests next to the dog bowl, taunting her. Lauren feared for what kind of dog might emerge from it's house.

She was inches away, a fingertip from her sandal. Then, suddenly the lights kick on, blinding Lauren. Out from it's house, surprised comes Ripper. A little yorkshire terrier. Ripper charged Lauren, scaring her away from it's new toy. Lauren squinted and ran for what she thought was an exit, but she was boxed in by a fence and bushes.

"Who's out there!" At the sound of it's owner's voice, Ripper began to yip wildly like an alarm. A woman opened the backyard door to find Lauren foolishly standing in the open. Lauren recognized the woman.
