Straight. Until the right time comes, at least.

"I could put all kinds of sexual clauses in this thing and she might not even know," you tell yourself as you finish typing up a contract for her, watching her look around the room before drawing her attention back to you.

"But if she's as nerdy as she seems, she'd probably be on to me," you continue, eschewing any clauses to take advantage of her as you give her the contract and watch as she looks it over.

"I'm going to need some time to look this over John. I hope you don't mind that?" she asks you as she looks it over, squinting to see the fine print.

"That would be fine Katie. Take as much time as you need and come back and see me when you are ready to sign it," you tell her, wondering if you even would see her again once she left your office.

"You'll be seeing me again John. So don't look so skeptical. Unlike most girls in this town, I like to make guys work for everything they get from me, after all. And I do mean EVERYTHING,"she tells you as she gets up to leave your office, patting you on the shoulder as you watched her leave.

But you had already decided to see how far she'd be willing to let you go the next time you did see her in your office.
