Stick with your Aunt and wait till she's done

You stay at her side while she waits to give the manage a piece of her mind. Eventually, a tanned women in a full tracksuit comes out of an office with an unpleasant looking expression on her face.

You don't pay attention to the argument they have, choosing instead to look at all the machines and classes that are available and after five or so minutes of heated discussion, your aunt comes striding over triumphantly with a key card to what you assume will be her usual room.

"All sorted" she says slapping you on the back heavily. "You didn't have to stay waiting for me Doug, I would have found you when I'm done. When are you going to be able to check out all the hotties again eh?" She gives you a playful nudge and a knowing wink which you respond to with a blush and looking st the ground. Aunt Abbey's smile drops when she sees your reaction and she looks at you for a moment, almost evaluating before she regains her usual demeanour. "Right don't want to waste time."

You both head over to her training room and when inside you find lots of intensive heavy lifting equipment of varying complexity.

"We gonna start light since you haven't been in a while but we'll see how things go and then maybe step it up."

She leads the way to the chest press and removes most of the weights effortlessly. "You first Doug, I want to get an idea of your strength."

You do as she says and lie down on the bench and stare up at the bar above and your aunt above that spotting. After taking a few deep breathes, you grab hold of the bar and start pushing with all your might to remove it from its rest and start the set.
