Stay At The Camp

As you got close to finishing up your breakfast you looked up to Shane, "Hey Shane, any chance I could hang back here today? I don't know if I'm really up for hiking all the way out to check the traps." You said with a hopeful look,

"You okay, feeling sick or something?" Lori asked with some concern,

"I don't know, just kinda feeling a little off today." You replied with a short shrug,

Shane let out a sigh and rubbed his brow, "Uh, yeah alright John, I can take Andrea today. Don't worry about it." Shane grumbled out, though not fully angry.

"Right, thanks, man. I appreciate it." You replied with a thankful nod, only receiving a little grumble and a half nod. You let out a relieved smile and quickly went back to eating, after a few more minutes you peered around at the others, "Hey, where's Glenn?"

"Don't you remember? He was making a run to Atlanta today, he left real early." Carol explained as she took Sophia's empty plate and stood up heading over to a small bucket for dishes, you couldn't help but run your eyes over her toned body. Despite being Sophia's mother, she was still quite young, maybe Andrea's age and rivaled her in looks. As Carol dropped the plates into the bucket she turned back to you, causing you to quickly take your eyes off her plump ass, "You know he's so afraid of getting stuck there until it gets dark."

You let out a little cough and nodded, "Yeah, can't say I'd want that to happen either." You said with a laughed,

"So if you're not helping Shane with the traps John, what are you doing today?" Andrea asked with a little brow raise,

"Hmm? Oh, uh, well...let's see..." You said rubbing the back of your neck,

"Let me lend you a hand son," Dale said easily, "I could use help on watch, Jim could use help with working on the vehicles, Carol could use help with the dishes and Lori will be taking care of some laundry, I'm sure she wouldn't mind a hand with that."

Lori let out a little laugh and nodded quickly, "Absolutely, and since Andrea's taking your shift with Shane I could use a cleaning buddy,"

"Ah, my bad, sorry about that." You said with a nervous chuckle,

"But then again I'm sure Amy could use help with the kids." Lori pointed out with a little glance to Amy,

"Okay, okay, now that you know your options, what are you doing today?" Andrea asked once again.
