Space mystery.

Helina and Sado had left the space station and were headed to the space border and into the unknown. Just as Helina was about to go into cryosleep an alarm sounded. Sado reported that sensors had detected a large vessel dead ahead and were not responding to transmissions. Sado also reported that the ship had life support but some area's had been powered down. As they got nearer they noted some small holes on the hull but Sado reported that structural integrity was intact. Sado ran the ship through the computer and discovered it was a mining ship on its way to Iobura an ice giant.

They came alongside and fired the thrusters to stop their forward momentum and then extended the docking tunnel. Once the tunnel was locked in place Helina cycled the atmosphere and they both headed into the ship and Helina read the plaque on the wall. The name of the ship was SMS Nistroma and it gave technical data. They headed directly to the bridge noting that there was no sign of life which confirmed their sensors readings. Arriving on the bridge they found it as deserted as the rest of the ship which made it very eerie. Sado found the ship's computer and started to look for the captain's log.

Sado reported that the logs had been wiped along with all the technical logs. The ships damage control computer that the ship had suffered multiple hits from phased ions which were used mostly by the Doreen. Helina told Sado to try to recover the lost entries while she went to explore the ship more. She checked out the galley and berths but all wear empty but one thing struck her, whatever had happened was fast as meals remained unfinished. Sado called up on coms and informed that she had found the crew roster and the crew had been all-female and numbered 34.

Helina wondered how 34 women could have managed such a ship but then she realized that it was mostly automated. As she entered the recreation area there was a sudden burst of energy that hit her knocking her off her feet rendering her ****. From the shadows stepped an android which proceeded to lift Helina and carry her down to sickbay. The sickbay was basic but had an attached operating room and this was where Helina was deposited. Once she was stripped she was secured to the operating table and plugged into monitoring equipment.
