Sort Of

You watch as Celeste’s eyes flutter open. They glow an evil red. You feel her through some kind of blood link.

“Empty…I’m so empty…” She mutters.

You feel her emptiness. All of Celeste seems to be evaporating into something feral. Instinctively you open the link between you as wide as it will go. You pour evil, malice, anger, hatred, all the things that touched you when you opened the box, into her.

Her eyes go wide and you feel Celeste core personality return.

She gives you a wicked unholy grin.

“Thank you, Mistress. I nearly lost myself. I don’t think there was enough evil in me to sustain my undead existence.”

“Welcome on board, Celeste.”

Jenny scrutinizes Celeste. “Interesting. You have all of Celeste’s memory and personality?”

“I think so. I was losing it before Morgan fed me some of her darkness.”

“So you remember the charm you made for Allegra?”

“Of course.”

“Can you make one to keep her half human, half wolf, feral and controllable?”

“It’s the blackest of black magic, but now that I have no soul to stain, it should be no problem.”

“Do it. Then we’ll have you pretend to be our prisoner. When Allegra frees you, you can ‘help’ her.”

Celeste giggles evilly. “What a delightful idea. I’ll start right away!”

You grin at Jenny. “A perfect plan. With a few dozen demon wolves under our control we’ll take over the country.”
