I feel like there are kind of several things I would like to see here. And honestly, I would love to join in and add them on myself! But I kind of just don’t have that kind of time. I mean, every time I try to add something somewhere on this sight, I just end up forgetting about it because I’m too busy. So this option to comment and maybe help influence this story without having to invest too much time is actually great!

There are two particular areas or sections that I see little to no exploration for, but think some could be added.

The first is the idea of the MC as a futa character under the modded section. The second is the Poke-Subs section, which I would love to see more of. Either of those I think a lot could be added.

The thing that I’ve noticed about this story is that despite the modded section allowing a lot of flexibility, most of this is all sub-MC content. I feel like the main games and story would probably be best focused on sub content. So in that sense, I think the modded section, where the rules of 1 orgasm=loss don’t always apply, would be a good area to explore more dom perspectives. Instead, all the work in that area currently done is for sissys and femboys, which I think is missing an opportunity.

So in short, I’d like to say a little more development in the futa-MC, poke-sub, and dominant MC sections.

Personally, based on concept alone, my favorite story line would be a Futa-MC Poke-sub story line. That said, I fully understand that this is your work, and you should write what you want to write. I can’t criticize you for not writing such a storyline when I myself aren’t. So I’ve just pointed out general areas that I think could use more development.
