Something Else Happens (Well I'll Be Damnd)

You lay back on her tail, looking up to the ceiling while she seems to be preparing herself for more. Nothing really comes to mind in this instance of levity, no ideas of escape or acceptance, you just stare up at the withered chiziled rock, vines, and moss hanging from cracks. Then, something sprinkles to your face, dusty flacks of dried cement and stone. You wipe it away from your eyes and look above, seeing that some of the cracks are getting bigger.

Your view is obscured when the lamia leans over you. "Hello? Are you ok? You best not be fading away on me now, you could have a heart attack in your sleep, in fact it's what took my last warrior lover. My venom has that risk the first few hours but do not fret, the risk will pass in... Time?" The cracking has gotten loud and she herself can hear it to. She turns to the roof as the cracking lets large chunks of brick fall onto her and rain throughout the chamber. Something leaks from the cracks and begins to clump around the bottom of the pit. A few stray drops land on you. It's mud. The building seems to shake in response with earthquake type strength. "What is this?! Magic, or a trick?!? A tremor?!" The Titan Lamia is frightened by this as slabs of ceiling fell in letting large hunks of mud drop and collect. Soon the cracks rush down the walls while the chamber itself starts to collapse. She slides around her pit, shifting her tail and letting you fall to the bottom into the black stew once again. Chunks of the ruins crash against the floor while walls crumble and shake apart all with mud raining down on everything.

The chaos seems to be a good time to make a move as you stand and keep yourself from panic. You quickly scan the area looking for your next move while the titan frantically tries to find a way out as her original entrance has caved in under the weight of mud and its own rubble. You spy the stone sewer entrance you spotted before. Being your only option, you bolt through the pit, douging flying debry and running through falling mud that smiers over your body as it rains. Huge hunks of ceiling strike the floor and almost block your path while her tail shoots around the pit. You quickly move past them and continue your sprint through hell tell you make a leap for the hole as the roof completely caves in and fills the chamber with rubble and thick mud. You lay in the water, trying to catch your breath after the dash. The rumbling finally calms down and the room goes silent. You can't believe how well you handled that, thinking any other time you would have frooze or cowerd in fear and yet you took action like a true fighter, staying cool and running through danger leaving your doubts and scares behind to be buried. It wasn't important now though, what matters is that you're safe for the moment and need to plan your next move for survival. You quickly take in your surroundings and asset the situation.

You're in a rounded stone sewer tunnel, lit by a small amount of forgotten mage lights that flutter in the air. It gives the tunnel a glowing greenish blue feel as the waves of the water reflect onto the roof of the tunnel. The bricks are old but holding and the water is only ankle deep and is barely even dirty. It is either abandoned or isn't used as a sewer tunnel. Suddenly, a few rocks fall from the opening of the collapsed chamber and you turn around to see something has crossed through. Is it the Titan? Her victim? Or someone else?
